Commercial Litigation Attorney

Overview

A legal services organization is seeking a Litigation Attorney to support Fortune 100 clients. This role involves providing expert litigation counsel and managing outside counsel engagements remotely.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts in legal matters and advise clients on solutions
• Negotiate on behalf of clients
• Manage litigation and outside counsel
• Collaborate with in-house client teams to provide guidance on corporate policies and litigation matters

Requirements

• 8-12 years of commercial and/or consumer litigation experience in an in-house corporate environment
• Ability to work remotely full time on contract basis
• Active bar license in the state of residence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing litigation databases
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to handle a heavy workload
• Advanced legal writing and research skills with ability to deliver complex legal analysis

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated total compensation for full-time attorney roles ranges from $104,500 to $325,000 per year
• Compensation varies based on experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs
