Overview
This role involves Commercial Litigation attorney opportunities with 3+ years of experience in the New York City office. Product Liability experience is a plus. Trial experience is preferred but not required. All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in New York.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation matters with strong litigation skills
- Produce high-quality legal writing and persuasive work product
- Communicate effectively through persuasive speaking, including appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy with minimal supervision
- Serve as a driven team player and self-starter on assigned matters
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- Licensed and admitted to practice in New York
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven ability to perform legal research
- Ability to manage assignments with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is competitive and tailored to the individual, and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
National base salary ranges:
- Associates (approximately 1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+
Eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses is available, and student loan repayment assistance may be offered.
Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
