Overview
A law firm with a national presence is seeking Commercial Litigation attorneys for its Salt Lake City office. Candidates should have at least two years of experience, though all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice in Utah; a California license is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation cases with minimal supervision
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
- Engage in client interactions and collaborate with team members
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of commercial litigation experience preferred, but all levels considered
- Licensed and admitted to practice law in Utah
- Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Proven research abilities
- Self-starter capable of managing assignments independently
Experience with Consumer Matters and Construction Defect Litigation is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $275,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location
