Commercial Litigation Attorneys

Overview

A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking Commercial Litigation Attorneys for its Reno office. Candidates should have at least three years of experience, preferably with prior practice in California or Nevada, and a strong background in civil commercial litigation. Prior clerkships and experience with electronically stored information (ESI) are highly desirable.

Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice in Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil commercial litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Manage assignments with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of commercial litigation experience
• Admission to practice law in Nevada
• Strong academic background
• Excellent litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven research abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior clerkship experience
• Experience with electronically stored information (ESI)
• Trial experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience practicing in California or Nevada
