Commercial Litigation Attorneys

Overview

A law firm with a national presence is seeking commercial litigation attorneys with 9-10 years of experience or more for its Boise office. Candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent writing, analytical, and research skills, and be self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation tasks including drafting and responding to discovery
• Draft motions and engage in motion practice
• Appear in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in mediation practice
• Provide significant client oversight and maintain responsibility for client service

Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Idaho (required)
• Washington state license preferred but not required
• Reside in the Boise area (position is remote but candidates must be local)
