Overview
An organization is seeking experienced commercial real estate attorneys to work on assignment with leading corporations across various industries. The role involves assisting with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, leases, homeowner and condominium association documents, and reviewing due diligence materials.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
- Prepare and review closing documents
- Draft and review leases
- Handle homeowner and condominium association documents
- Review due diligence materials related to commercial real estate transactions
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial real estate experience
- Prior experience in the real estate practice group of a large law firm or a sophisticated real estate boutique preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
- Outstanding professional references
Position Details

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized pay ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 on a full-time basis, depending on experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference
- Contract professionals are typically W2 employees and eligible for full benefits when working 20 hours or more per week
- Benefits include Group Life, Long-Term Disability (LTD), Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), a qualified 401(k) plan, and stipends for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and professional expenses
