Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (Remote, Engagement)

Overview

A boutique real estate law firm in Georgia is seeking a highly experienced commercial real estate paralegal with 7+ years of experience to support their team. This role involves working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for top developers, investors, commercial landlords, and tenants. The position offers the sophistication of BigLaw work within a small firm environment. It is fully remote and can be either part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys on a range of complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings, and leasing
• Work across various commercial real estate property types
• Act as the "right hand" to busy partners, ensuring attention to detail, organization, and competence in all activities
• Contribute meaningfully to client transactions and team success

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, preferably in BigLaw or boutique firms
• Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings, and leasing
• Experience across multiple commercial real estate property types
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding professional references
