A healthcare technology company is seeking a lawyer with over 5 years of experience specializing in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Software as a Medical Device for an ongoing remote engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist the legal team on various in-house matters including healthcare compliance
• Support product development initiatives from a legal perspective
• Review and manage commercial contracts

Requirements

• Strong background in EU and UK medical device law
• Ability to work on an as-needed basis
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant legal experience

Compensation

• Hourly rate between $120 and $160 USD
