Connecticut Debt Resolution Attorney

Overview

A national debt relief law firm is seeking a full-time, remote attorney licensed in Connecticut to manage debt resolution cases and provide legal consultation to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt resolution files
• Conduct telephone consultations with clients
• Oversee settlements
• Review case files
• Review and approve legal documents prepared by paralegals
• Provide clear explanations of the debt resolution process to clients

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Connecticut state bar
• Comfortable with frequent client interaction and telephone communication
• Proficient with computers and basic software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer debt defense, collections, debtor/creditor law, or bankruptcy (minimum 2 years)

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary from $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience
