Overview

A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking Construction Attorneys with 3+ years of experience practicing within the state of Colorado. Candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply. Flexible work options are available, including fully remote and hybrid arrangements.

This role requires driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. Candidates should have strong academic backgrounds, proven research abilities, and be self-starters capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision. The position involves engagement in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters. Trial experience is preferred.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex construction defense and civil litigation matters
  • Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral arguments
  • Collaborate with team members and manage assignments independently

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
  • Strong litigation skills, including trial experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities
  • Proven research skills and strong academic background
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $125,000 to $195,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market
