Overview

A law firm with a national presence is seeking a construction litigation attorney with at least three years of experience for its Boston office. Flexible work arrangements are available, including fully remote and hybrid options.

Candidates should be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. A strong academic background, proven research skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are required. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is necessary. Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

  • Handle construction litigation cases with minimal supervision
  • Brief and argue motions
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Lead written discovery efforts
  • Participate in client interactions and appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of construction litigation experience
  • Licensed and admitted to practice law in Massachusetts
  • Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Proven research capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trial experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $275,000 annually, depending on experience and role level:
    • Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
    • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
    • Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+

Location
