Overview
A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking construction litigation attorneys with at least 3 years of experience for its Hartford office. Flexible work arrangements are available, including fully remote and hybrid options.
Responsibilities
- Handle construction litigation cases with minimal supervision
- Brief and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Lead written discovery efforts
- Participate in client interactions
- Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials (trial experience preferred but not required)
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Connecticut
- Minimum of 3 years of construction litigation experience
- Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Proven research abilities
- Self-starter and team player
- Strong academic background
