Overview
This role is part of the organization’s Consumer Financial Services practice, supporting national consumer financial services clients in complex litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Defend national consumer financial services clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal court.
- Handle a diverse and challenging caseload with significant responsibilities from the outset.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
Requirements
- Must be admitted to the California Bar in good standing.
- 4 or more years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on mortgage litigation defense matters in both state and federal courts.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $140,000–$190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
