A top-tier global law firm is seeking a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join their team remotely. The role focuses on handling EB-1, NIW, NIV, and related business immigration matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume caseload involving EB-1, NIW, NIV cases
- Prepare and draft immigration cases
- Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
- Communicate regularly with team members in a remote setting
- Support the team effectively while working remotely
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree
- Admission to a U.S. State Bar
- Experience with EB-1, NIW, NIV business immigration matters
- Proven ability to respond to RFEs
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
