Overview
An opportunity is available for experienced Contract Lawyers to join a modern, high-performing legal platform designed for technology-driven businesses. This role offers flexible, project-based work supporting leading technology companies through a curated network of independent attorneys.
This position is not within a traditional law firm. Attorneys will have the autonomy to select projects that match their expertise, manage their own schedules, and focus on delivering impactful legal work without conventional firm constraints.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the applicable Bar Association in Argentina.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and redline various commercial agreements including SaaS agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, NDAs, data processing agreements, commercial terms and conditions.
- Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
- Deliver precise, high-quality legal work with efficient turnaround times.
Requirements
- Licensed abogado/abogada in Argentina, in good standing with the applicable Bar Association.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on commercial contracts.
- Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company.
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance.

- This is a project-based, ongoing independent contractor position.
- The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Argentina.
