Overview
This role supports the implementation and management of contract and corporate entity processes within a healthcare organization focused on providing comprehensive care for older adults. The position is remote within the US.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of a Contract Management System, including developing and refining workflows to streamline contracting processes from intake through review, approval, execution, and inventorying.
- Manage contract review and performance, including processing standard form agreements such as NDAs, short-term consulting agreements, and BAAs; track all post-execution obligations like reporting and renewal dates.
- Oversee corporate entity management, including maintaining corporate records, formation documents, state licenses, and qualifications; monitor due dates and file periodic reports with Secretary of State offices or equivalents.
- Assist with Board operations by managing communications to Board members, transmitting Board materials, securing signatures for Board resolutions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide general paralegal support such as tracking and renewing facility licenses and permits and ensuring appropriate exclusion screening for vendors and contractors.
- Provide project management and administrative support for ongoing projects, including state expansion initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships across departments, particularly with compliance and finance teams, to facilitate collaboration and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three to five years of experience as a paralegal or contracts manager.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal contract management software.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and timely internally and externally.
- Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility across the organization.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Curious and creative mindset comfortable with developing new processes.
Essential Functions & Physical Requirements
- Work in administrative or remote environments.
- Communicate effectively with team members, government agency representatives, and other stakeholders via in-person, phone, and electronic systems.
- Remain stationary or move about for extended periods as required.
- Operate standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $67,000 - $90,000.

- Potential eligibility for additional incentive compensation based on qualifications and business needs.
