- Position: Legal Consultant

This role involves providing legal analysis, research, and drafting support across a range of US law topics, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and quality assurance of legal materials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on various US law topics, providing nuanced insights and guidance.
- Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current, accurate information is used.
- Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
- Support content quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.
Requirements
- Active license to practice law with strong academic credentials.
- Strong relevant experience at a top-tier US law firm, with exposure to varied practice areas.
- Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of legal subjects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated experience reviewing legal content.
- Track record of successful remote collaboration and participation in multidisciplinary projects.
