Overview
A legal team within a global immigration technology and service organization is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their remote U.S.-based team. This role supports corporate legal operations by managing contracts, corporate filings, and legal documentation to help the business operate efficiently and compliantly.
Responsibilities
- Draft, proofread, and assist in reviewing contracts, NDAs, corporate filings, and routine legal correspondence using approved templates
- Compare document versions, prepare redlines, and summarize changes to facilitate attorney review
- Manage legal document repositories, including version control, naming conventions, and access permissions
- Monitor contract execution workflows and ensure proper storage of finalized documents
- Track contracts, renewals, and corporate filings; maintain dashboards and proactively flag deadlines and action items
- Provide legal operations support such as invoice review, scheduling, intake of legal requests, and meeting notes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather facts, documents, and timelines for legal matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries with citations and practical business impact
- Support corporate governance, compliance, and due diligence activities while handling sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a paralegal, ideally supporting commercial or corporate legal matters
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and contribute to strategic legal initiatives
- Experience working in-house and/or within a large law firm, with a solid understanding of business-focused legal support
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts, including NDAs, commercial agreements, and other routine legal documents
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contract lifecycle management
- Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance processes
- Strong legal research and document management skills
- Ability to improve workflow efficiency and operational excellence
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $50,000 - $65,000
