Corporate Practice Immigration Paralegal

Overview

This role involves supporting corporate immigration legal services by managing high-volume casework primarily focused on PERM and H-1B processes. The position is fully remote and open to applicants worldwide. Compensation ranges from $15 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead PERM and H-1B case preparation from intake through filing, coordinating with HR teams, managers, and foreign nationals.
• Support additional visa categories including L-1, E-1/E-2, and extraordinary ability visas such as EB-1A, O-1, and EB-2 NIW as needed.
• Guide clients through document collection and evidence gathering, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with USCIS and Department of Labor requirements.
• Prepare USCIS forms and draft well-organized, persuasive case materials tailored to each petition.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for corporate HR partners and foreign national employees, providing updates, setting expectations, and explaining processes clearly.
• Manage case timelines and deadlines, maintaining meticulous records to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate closely with supervising attorneys to anticipate needs and support higher-level legal strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. corporate immigration law with significant hands-on experience managing PERM and H-1B cases.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume corporate immigration workloads and work directly with HR stakeholders.
• Experience owning paralegal workflows from case intake through filing.
• Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in direct client communication within fast-paced or high-volume environments.
• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable using legal technology, case management systems, and contributing to process improvements.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with L-1, E-1/E-2, EB-1A, O-1, or EB-2 NIW visa cases.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $15 to $25.
