Overview

A full-service law firm specializing in complex corporate, litigation, executive compensation, and private wealth matters is seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A Attorney. The firm focuses on both economic and legal aspects of its cases and serves private capital, family offices, founders, senior executives, and their related businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a leading Corporate/M&A partner on a variety of transactions, including joint ventures.
  • Participate in deal-making activities representing buyers and sellers across multiple industries.
  • Handle middle market transactions valued between $50 million and $1 billion.
  • Advise founders and significant investors in transactions exceeding $1 billion.
  • Represent investment managers and wealth management platforms on spinouts and rollups.
  • Engage in corporate matters involving Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cybersecurity and data privacy, and Tax.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of general corporate law experience, particularly in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures.
  • Experience working at an AM Law 100 firm is preferred.
  • Exposure to a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures.
  • Admission to the US bar is required.
