Overview
This fully remote position is for an Employment Litigation Attorney to manage a plaintiff-side employment litigation caseload in California. The role emphasizes technology-enabled workflow, case ownership from start to finish, and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Own cases from start to finish in a fully remote environment
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using cloud-based systems
- Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial
- Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact
- Use integrated tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance
- Negotiate to achieve positive outcomes for clients
- Provide a consistent, high-quality client experience
- Contribute to the team’s effectiveness and support collaboration across the organization
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- 2–5 years of experience in California employment litigation
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a large caseload while staying organized and proactive
- Comfortable thriving in a remote-first, tech-savvy environment

- Base range: $160k - $185k
