Overview
An organization is seeking experienced Data Center Leasing Attorneys to support leading infrastructure and digital infrastructure companies with sophisticated leasing and commercial transactions. This role involves negotiating and drafting data center leases, colocation agreements, license agreements, access agreements, renewals, amendments, and related real estate and commercial documentation within the data center or digital infrastructure space. Candidates should have prior law firm or in-house experience supporting rapidly growing infrastructure or technology-focused businesses.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate data center-related agreements including hyperscale and enterprise leases, colocation agreements, service agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), letters of intent (LOIs), nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), and ancillary customer/site documentation
- Support transactions involving infrastructure development, including land purchase agreements, joint venture arrangements, and complex commercial structures
- Provide legal support to data center, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, or other mission-critical infrastructure businesses
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience drafting data center-related agreements
- Experience with infrastructure development transactions such as land purchase agreements and joint ventures
- Significant experience supporting data center, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, or mission-critical infrastructure businesses
- Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
- Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $200,000 to $220,000 annually
- Pay for contract roles is based on factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference
- Contract professionals are typically W2 employees eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week
