Overview

Location: Schereville, IN | Hybrid or Remote

This position involves working on complex, high-stakes litigation matters alongside a high-performing team. The role includes taking on significant responsibilities from the outset while collaborating with others across a broad range of industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse and challenging caseload from the outset, assuming significant responsibilities early in the engagement.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team on complex litigation matters.

Qualifications

  • Must be admitted to the Indiana Bar and in good standing.
  • 5+ years of defense litigation experience, including experience handling matters such as:
    • General liability
    • Product liability
    • Construction defect
    • Premises liability
    • Vehicle liability
  • Experience drafting complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda.
  • Experience conducting file analysis, taking depositions, and interviewing witnesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a rigorous caseload independently, efficiently handling multiple matters while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Strong academics and excellent writing skills.
