Insurance Defense Attorney (2 to 10+ years)
Location
Hartford, CT (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Defend a variety of Insurance Defense matters, including:
- General Liability
- Personal Injury
- Product Liability
- Professional Liability
- Work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial (preferred).
- Write motions and other legal memoranda.
- Summarize depositions (preferred).
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- 2 to 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Insurance Defense
Required Education & Licensure
- Active Connecticut Bar License (Required).
- Trial experience (Required).
- Ability to waive into another bar and having multiple bars in the New England area is ideal; candidates with only one bar will be considered.
