A legal firm specializing in family law is seeking experienced attorneys to join their team. Responsibilities
- Provide legal representation by staying current with relevant laws and proactively acquiring knowledge to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain high-quality communication and support throughout the legal process, ensuring clients receive timely responses, clear guidance, and proactive attention to their concerns.
- Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their needs and determine appropriate legal assistance during challenging times.
Requirements
- Three (3) to twenty-five (25) years of experience in divorce and family law.
- Expertise in negotiation with a preference for resolving conflicts amicably, while prepared to litigate when necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of the law and ability to exercise good judgment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reputation for compassion, intelligence, and assertiveness when advocating for clients.
