Overview

A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking Employment Attorneys for its Marlton office. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, though all experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply. The role requires a team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, a strong academic background, proven research abilities, and the capacity to work independently. Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Handle employment law matters with minimal supervision
  • Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents
  • Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
  • Engage in client interactions and collaborate with team members

Requirements

  • Admission to practice law in New Jersey
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
  • Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trial experience
  • Strong academic credentials

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $275,000 annually, depending on experience and role level:
    • Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
    • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
    • Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+
