Employment Law Associate

Overview

This position is a fully remote Employment Law Associate role with the ability to work from anywhere in the U.S., with the requirement that the selected candidate is Californian barred. The salary range is up to $180,000 and the role requires 1+ years in employment litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including:
  • Wrongful termination
  • Discrimination
  • Wage & hour claims
  • Harassment claims
• Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications
• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions
• Respond rapidly to time-sensitive matters and support workplace investigations
• Manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in employment litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Admitted to practice law in California
