Overview

This Employment Law Associate role is 100% fully remote and offers a base salary up to $180,000. The position is aligned with an AM Law 200 environment.

• Compensation: Up to $180,000
• Experience Required: 1+ years in employment litigation

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including:
  • Wrongful termination
  • Discrimination
  • Wage & hour
  • Harassment claims
• Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications
• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions
• Respond to rapid-turnaround matters and support workplace investigations
• Strategically manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in employment litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Self-motivated, with strong time management skills
• Admitted to practice law in California
