Overview

This is a fully remote Employment Law Associate role handling a range of employment litigation matters. The position is available to candidates who are California barred.

• Employment Type: Full-time, 100% Fully Remote
• Salary: Up to $180,000
• Ranking: AMLAW200
• Experience Required: 1+ years in employment litigation

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage & hour, and harassment claims
• Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications
• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions
• Respond to urgent matters and support workplace investigations
• Strategically manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in employment litigation
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Admitted to practice law in California
