Employment Law Associate

Overview

Employment Law Associate position with a fully remote structure. This role supports a busy pipeline of active employment litigation matters.

Location

• Fully Remote — work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Must be California barred

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage & hour, and harassment claims
• Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications
• Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions
• Respond to rapid-response matters and support workplace investigations
• Strategically manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in employment litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Admitted to practice law in California

• Base salary: up to $180,000
