Responsibilities

• Handle complex employment litigation cases
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys
• Manage cases with increasing autonomy

• Provide clear and effective client communication
• Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
• 4–7 years of employment law experience, particularly in litigation
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining organization
• Proficient in client communication and building trust
• Solutions-driven mindset with a passion for employee advocacy

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $175,000 - $300,000
