Overview
A leading legal talent platform is seeking a seasoned employment lawyer with entrepreneurial spirit and vision to provide expert legal advice and support to market-leading clients, including Fortune 100 and ASX-listed organisations across multiple continents and regions.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and pragmatic advice on a range of employment law and workplace safety matters.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
- Handle employment disputes and litigation.
- Support transactional matters, including outsourcing.
- Draft employer responses to legal claims and letters of demand.
- Conduct policy and contract reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) working in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Employment Laws and the Fair Work Act.
- Awareness of new or pending federal and state legislation, rules, regulations, and industry developments.
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice law in Australia.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex legal issues.
