Expert Opportunity - Contracts Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

Overview

This role supports a leading foundational AI lab by helping train a language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements as part of creating and refining AI-generated outputs
• Support due-diligence workflows, including issue lists and memos
• Perform clause-risk analyses
• Review NDA and vendor agreements
• Create negotiation position summaries
• Develop obligation and renewal trackers
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• $100/hour

Commitment

• Flexible: 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired)
