Overview

An opportunity is available for experienced lawyers—senior associates, counsel, or recently departed BigLaw attorneys—to contribute to training a cutting-edge language model on sophisticated legal tasks. This role offers remote, flexible work that leverages extensive legal expertise while providing meaningful compensation.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated legal work
• Engage with core legal workflows including contract drafting, M&A documentation, due diligence, regulatory analysis, and legal memoranda

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a top law firm in any transactional or advisory practice area
• Strong drafting and analytical skills developed through complex, high-stakes legal work
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a self-directed manner

Compensation & Commitment

• Hourly rate: $225
• Flexible commitment up to 20 hours per week (up to $4,500 per week)
• Fully remote position with the ability to work on your own schedule
• Start date: March
