Expert Opportunity – Finance Lawyer ($225/hr, up to $4.5k/week)

Overview

An opportunity is available for experienced finance lawyers to assist in training a cutting-edge language model focused on complex financial transactions. This role involves working with AI-generated content related to core finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work involving loan documentation, covenant analysis, security package review, and financial regulatory memos.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an associate or counsel at a top law firm.
• Expertise in leveraged finance, structured finance, or banking law.
• Comfortable with credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, securitization structures, and regulatory capital frameworks.
• Strong drafting skills and familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks.
• Experience handling complex credit documentation and multi-party financial transactions.

Compensation & Commitment

• Hourly rate: $225
• Flexible commitment of up to 20 hours per week (maximum $4,500 per week)
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling
