Expert Opportunity – Finance Lawyer ($225/hr, up to $4.5k/week)

Overview

A leading foundational AI lab is seeking experienced finance lawyers to assist in training their latest language model focused on complex financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs related to core finance workflows
• Work on loan documentation, covenant analysis, security package review, and financial regulatory memos

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an associate or counsel at a top law firm
• Expertise in leveraged finance, structured finance, or banking law
• Comfortable with credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, securitization structures, and regulatory capital frameworks
• Strong drafting skills and familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks

Compensation & Commitment

• $225 per hour
• Flexible schedule, up to 20 hours per week (maximum $4,500 per week)

Location

• Fully remote, work on your own schedule
