Expert Opportunity - Lawyer ($225/hr up to $4.5k/week)

Overview

A leading foundational AI lab is seeking experienced lawyers to assist in training their latest language model on legal tasks. This role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated work across key legal workflows including contract drafting, M&A documentation, due diligence, regulatory analysis, and legal memoranda.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on training AI models by reviewing and improving AI-generated legal content
• Work on core legal workflows such as contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions documentation, due diligence processes, regulatory analysis, and preparing legal memoranda

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a top law firm
• Strong expertise in your legal practice area with demonstrated experience in complex legal analysis, drafting, and client advisory
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Commitment

• Hourly rate: $225
• Flexible commitment of up to 20 hours per week (maximum $4,500 per week)
• Fully remote position allowing work on your own schedule

• Position begins at the end of February or start of March
