Overview

This role is for a Family Law Attorney who will take full ownership of cases from start to finish, leading strategy and execution in high-stakes, emotionally charged family law matters. The position requires a high level of autonomy, accountability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation in family law cases, ensuring clients feel supported and informed
• Draft, review, and file legal documents with precision and compliance
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored legal strategies aligned with their needs and goals
• Negotiate settlements and agreements to achieve favorable client outcomes
• Conduct thorough legal research to stay current on family law trends and precedents
• Participate in court proceedings, presenting cases confidently to uphold clients' interests
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and empathy

Requirements

• Experience in family law, particularly in divorce, custody, and support cases
• Ability to develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to individual clients
• Proven success in courtroom representation and negotiation
• Strong research and analytical skills to support case preparation and strategy
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and guidance
• Familiarity with legal technology tools to enhance case management and client service

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000
