Overview
A full-time Family Law Attorney position is available for a licensed Colorado attorney with 3+ years of experience in family law. This remote role offers a salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 DOE plus production bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through major life transitions with strategic and compassionate legal support
- Listen attentively and explain legal options clearly
- Advocate skillfully in negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings
- Connect clients to coaches, counselors, and financial planners as needed
- Collaborate as part of a distributed team, leading when necessary and seeking support when appropriate
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
- Minimum of 3 years practicing Colorado Family Law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with empathy
- Creative, solution-oriented approach beyond traditional legal methods
- Proficient with technology and comfortable working remotely in a collaborative environment
