Overview
A legal team in Washington state is seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Law Attorney to join remotely. The role focuses on family law matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and related issues. Responsibilities
- Advise clients on family law issues
- Draft legal documents related to family law cases
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in Washington State
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing family law
- Strong knowledge of family law statutes, case law, and court procedures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client information professionally
- Compassionate and patient approach to client advocacy
