Attorneys have control over their earnings through billable freedom with a reimbursement rate and enjoy unlimited income potential, including a $10,000 guaranteed first month.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in divorce, child custody, adoption, property division, and support modification cases
- Manage a caseload autonomously while utilizing firm resources
- Draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and negotiate settlements
- Advocate for clients in court as necessary
Requirements
- Active Georgia State Bar Admission
- 2 to 5+ years of family law experience, including litigation
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional cases with professionalism and empathy
Compensation & Benefits
- Unlimited income potential with a $125,000 base salary for full-time work
- $10,000 guaranteed income in the first month
