Overview
This role is for a Family Law Attorney who will take full ownership of cases from start to finish, leading strategy and execution in high-stakes, emotionally charged family law matters. The position requires a high level of autonomy, accountability, and performance in a remote, tech-enabled environment designed for speed and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, and support, protecting their rights and interests.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized legal strategies aligned with their goals.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Attend court hearings and trials, presenting cases confidently and clearly.
- Maintain detailed and organized case files for efficient management and client communication.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
- Experience in family law practice focusing on divorce, child custody, and support cases.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized legal strategies.
- Proven track record of thorough legal research and case preparation.
- Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements.
- Experience presenting cases in court hearings and trials.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
- Fully remote position with a performance-driven compensation structure.
