Overview
Family Law Attorney position available for a full-time remote role based in Colorado. The salary range is $125,000–$150,000 DOE plus production bonuses.
This role involves practicing family law with a focus on empowerment and clarity rather than conflict, helping clients move toward positive futures.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through major life transitions with strategy and compassion
- Listen deeply and explain legal options clearly
- Advocate skillfully in negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings
- Connect clients to coaches, counselors, and financial planners when appropriate
- Collaborate as part of a distributed team, leading when necessary and seeking support when helpful
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years practicing Colorado Family Law
- Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce exceptional legal writing
- Creative and solution-oriented approach, comfortable working beyond traditional legal methods
- Proficient with technology and able to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
