Overview

An established family law practice is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their fully remote team. The practice focuses on compassionate, client-centered representation in divorce, custody, and complex family law matters. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in divorce, custody, and complex family law cases
  • Provide legal counsel, clarify options, and develop case strategies
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and agreements
  • Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediation, and court appearances
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and case outcomes

Requirements

  • Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
  • Minimum of 3 years of family law experience
  • Familiarity with King, Snohomish, and Pierce County local rules or ability to learn quickly
  • Strong legal writing and advocacy skills (writing sample required)
  • Ability to appear in person for court, mediations, and client meetings
  • Commitment to client-centered service and compassionate representation
  • Emotional intelligence, openness to feedback, and dedication to professional growth

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $120,000 – $220,000 plus bonuses
