Overview
An established family law practice is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their fully remote team. The firm has operated remotely since 2015 and emphasizes compassionate client service, collaboration, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in divorce, custody, and complex family law matters
- Provide legal counsel, clarify options, and develop case strategies
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediation, and court appearances
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and client outcomes
Requirements
- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of family law experience
- Familiarity with King, Snohomish, and Pierce County local rules or ability to learn quickly
- Strong legal writing and advocacy skills (writing sample required)
- Ability to appear in person for court, mediations, or client meetings
- Commitment to client-centered, compassionate representation
- Emotional intelligence, openness to feedback, and dedication to professional growth
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $120,000 – $220,000 plus bonuses
