Overview

A boutique California law firm specializing in family law and civil litigation is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Paralegal. This is a full-time, fully remote position with a flexible schedule. The role offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage family law cases with minimal supervision
  • Handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
  • Support trial preparation and court filings, particularly in Santa Clara County Superior Court

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a paralegal in California Family Law
  • At least 1 year of full-time experience with Santa Clara County Superior Court
  • Must be based in California; Northern California preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with legal software
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and professional integrity
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trial experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (preferred but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience
