Overview
This role is for experienced Family Law attorneys to join a flexible, contract team. The organization supports client acquisition, intake, and administrative work so the attorney can focus on legal services. All work can be performed remotely.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in Virginia
Responsibilities
- Draft and review prenuptial agreements tailored to clients’ unique financial situations
- Advise clients on prenuptial best practices, compliance, and potential implications
- Stay updated on family law trends related to prenups, asset protection, and related matters
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information
- Provide timely, insightful responses to client inquiries via the organization’s platform
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal partners to support seamless client experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of family law experience, specifically in the preparation and review of prenups
- Licensed and in good standing in Virginia
- Responsive, organized, and client-focused
- Experience in family law, particularly with prenups
Compensation & Benefits
- Payment: $150 to $300/hour
