Overview

The organization is seeking Financial Services Legal Analysts and Paralegals to support a tier 1 global investment bank. This role involves high-volume, process-driven legal documentation work related to derivatives and securities-financing.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare standardized amendments to derivatives and securities-financing master agreements and related documentation, using established templates, playbooks, and data.
  • Support high-volume documentation workflows, including reviewing instructions, producing documents accurately, and escalating exceptions in line with agreed processes.
  • Manage counterparty outreach, document execution, contract tracking, system updates, and document-management activities throughout the process.
  • Work closely with senior team leads and client stakeholders, following established procedures to contribute to accurate, efficient, and timely programme delivery.

Requirements

  • Legal training through a law degree, GDL, LPC, SQE, or equivalent experience as a paralegal or legal analyst supporting contract review, document production, or other process-driven legal work.
  • Strong attention to detail, data discipline, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities accurately.
  • Confident Excel and systems skills.
  • Right to work in the UK and availability for a London-based engagement.
    • Three days per week in the office is preferred, but not essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of remediation, repapering, client outreach, financial services, or derivatives documentation is advantageous but not required.
