- Role: General Counsel (Contract)

This contract position involves applying legal expertise to support the training of next-generation AI systems. The role focuses on simulated contract negotiation scenarios designed to train advanced AI models, requiring strong domain knowledge in contract law and AI-driven processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, evaluating AI-generated suggestions for accuracy, risk, and legal soundness.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to enhance model performance and precision.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, annotation guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI-driven contract review and negotiation processes.
- Provide expert guidance on contract drafting, review, and negotiation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract review, negotiation, and drafting, particularly in technology and AI-related projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess risks in AI-driven contract review.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing AI-driven contract review and negotiation.
- Proficiency with contract review and negotiation tools and a solid understanding of AI-driven contract review processes.
Compensation & Benefits
