Overview

A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking Healthcare Litigation Attorneys for its Pittsburgh office. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in healthcare litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation assignments with minimal supervision
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents
• Brief and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Lead written discovery efforts
• Trial experience is preferred but not required

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of healthcare litigation experience
• Licensed and admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Residency in Pennsylvania
• Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven research abilities
• Self-starter and team player
